Book a call
Book a 20-minute call
Twenty minutes, at a set time, by telephone or video. It is not a presentation: it is a frank reading of what is possible in the market you choose, on the budget and horizon you have.
We speak Portuguese, English and Spanish. If you would rather write before speaking, the buying brief does the same work in writing.
How to book
While automated booking is not connected, bookings are made by email — and it still takes under a minute. Tell us three things and we come back with two proposed times.
01
The market that concerns you: Portugal, Spain, Dubai, or still undecided.
02
Two or three windows that suit you, and the time zone you are in.
03
Whether you prefer telephone or video, and in which language.
Twenty minutes. If there is nothing useful to say, we say so in the first five.
If you would rather the conversation started in writing, send the brief first. The call then has context and covers more ground.
Send a buying briefWhat happens in the twenty minutes
The call has a fixed shape. That is why it fits into twenty minutes, and why it does not turn into a presentation.
| Minutes | What happens |
|---|---|
| 0 – 5 | We listen to what you are looking for, what for, and over what horizon. If it becomes clear at this stage that we are not the right people for the case, we say so here and the call ends early. |
| 5 – 15 | The reading: what is possible in that market on that framing, what is not, and what usually goes wrong for buyers at a distance on the same kind of transaction. |
| 15 – 20 | The next step, if there is one. It might be a written brief, a second conversation with the consultant for that market, or nothing — and nothing is a legitimate conclusion. |
What this call is not
Four things that do not happen, said before you book rather than discovered during.
It is not a company presentation
There is no corporate deck, no shared screen and no part of your twenty minutes spent on us. What is worth knowing about Rhamos is on this site and takes less time to read than to hear.
There are no properties to show
We do not open with three properties that might interest you. Without defined criteria, showing properties is noise — and the criteria are precisely what the call exists to establish.
We do not ask for a mandate at the end
There is no commercial proposal in the last two minutes. If there is work to do, it is proposed in writing afterwards, with fees agreed at the outset and before any viewing.
You do not end up on a list
You are not entered into an automated email sequence or a re-contact campaign. If you want to keep reading you subscribe to the daily note by your own choice; if you do not, you will not hear from us again.
If you want to prepare
Nothing needs preparing. But if you have these three answers thought through, the call is worth twice as much.
01
What the property is for: living in, spending seasons in, letting, or preserving capital. Each answer changes the search criteria entirely.
02
The total budget, not just the price: price, taxes, deed costs, expected works and the annual cost of holding it.
03
What is essential and what is negotiable. It is the question that separates a search with criteria from a list of filters.
If you have an answer to none of the three, the call still makes sense. Arriving at those answers is part of our work too.
If you would rather not speak yet
Three alternatives, all without a mandate and all answered in writing.
Send a brief
Six questions, about two minutes, and you receive in writing the same reading you would get on the telephone.
Send a buying briefRequest a valuation
If the matter is a property you already own and want to value before deciding whether to sell.

Each market has an address that is answered, and the reply comes from there — not from a central desk.
