Sold properties
Properties sold in Lisbon, Madrid and Dubai
This page holds the listings for properties that have already been sold. They are not deleted: they move here, are marked as sold and keep the same web address, so an old link still works.
The archive is there to show the standard, not to sell. It shows what kind of property passes through this firm, in which areas and with which characteristics — something a short live list cannot convey.
There is nothing in the archive yet
No listing has been archived so far. When a property is sold, its listing moves to this page on the same web address and is marked as sold.
We would rather show an empty page than a wall of sold properties we cannot verify. It is the same rule we apply to the firm's own figures: what is not confirmed is not published.
Why it stays published
A sold listing still does work
Deleting a sold listing is standard practice in this sector, and it loses on three fronts at once.
Keeping it published costs nothing and preserves what the page had already earned.
The link keeps working
Anyone who saved the address, forwarded it by email or cited it in an article still reaches a real page rather than a 404.
The URL keeps its authority
A page that collected links for months has accumulated authority. Deleting it returns finished work to zero.
It is a verifiable record
The listing shows the property as it was presented: floor area, layout, technical specification and our own photography. It is evidence of the standard rather than a claim about it.
What changes in a listing once the property is sold
The change is one of status, not of content. What was verified on the day of publication remains true about that property.
| Element | What happens |
|---|---|
| Web address | Unchanged. The listing answers on the same URL. |
| Status in structured data | The offer is marked as sold, so search engines read the real state of it. |
| Place on the site | The listing leaves the available list and appears in this archive. |
| Indexing | It stays indexed, at a lower priority in the sitemap and a yearly change frequency. |
| Photography and specification | Both stay as published. Nothing is removed or rewritten after the sale. |
| Viewing requests | No longer possible. The viewing button gives way to a link to the available properties. |
| Final sale price | Not published. What remains is the price the property was advertised at, where that price was public. |
If you are on the other side of the table
A discreet sale has no board, no portal and no public listing: the property is shown to a closed list of verified buyers, one at a time.
If you are considering a sale and would prefer it not to be public, the process starts with a valuation and a conversation about who gets to see the property.
What you are looking for may not be published yet
If none of the archived listings matches what you have in mind, tell us the brief. Part of our mandates is never advertised and is shown on request.
