What you receive

Five fixed formats, one for each working day. The rotation is known in advance, which means you know what will arrive before you subscribe.

The Note's weekly rotation. One email each working day.
DayWhat arrives
MondayA figure from the week, with its source and with what it does not mean.
TuesdayOne regulatory change across the three jurisdictions.
WednesdayA street, a block or a building, with our own photograph.
ThursdayA real client question and the answer we gave.
FridayThree lines of market, one for each city.

What you do not receive

This list exists because it is the real objection. Nobody hesitates for lack of interest; they hesitate because they do not know what follows.

  • Promotions.
  • Sponsored listings.
  • Third-party advertising.
  • Emails at the weekend.

We also use neither exit pop-ups nor sticky bars to gather subscribers. Excessive pop-ups are among the factors web credibility research identifies as most destructive of trust, and in a business where trust precedes everything the gain does not cover the cost.

Past editions

Editions stay open, to be read in full without subscribing. Knowing exactly what arrives is the only honest way to decide whether it is worth it.

The first editions are in preparation.

No editions have been published yet. The Journal's analyses follow the same rule: a figure with a source, a verification date, and nothing we cannot show you.

Frequently asked questions

How often does The Note arrive?

The Note is sent on working days, one per day. There are no weekend sends and no extra sends for promotional purposes.

How do I unsubscribe?

Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works in one click, with no form and no request for a reason. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

What do you do with my email address?

The address is used only to send The Note. It is not shared with third parties and not used to advertise other companies. The privacy policy sets out the processing in detail.

Do I have to give a name or a telephone number?

No. Subscribing asks for one field: the email address. We do not ask for a name, a telephone number or anything about what you are looking for.

A note, not a campaign

The Note exists to hold a reading of the three markets, not to sell a property. Anyone who wants to move from that to a conversation will find the way through the Journal and the service pages.
