The role
You prepare valuations and opinions of value for sale, purchase and investment, from Lisbon and for the three markets. Preference goes to candidates registered with the CMVM as expert property valuers.
What we look for
- Registration with the CMVM as an expert property valuer, preferably
- Experience in residential property valuation
- Documentary rigour: registry certificates, tax records and permits are part of the day-to-day
