The role
You work on the seller's side. You find owners, prepare opinions of value with the team and stay with each seller until the property is presented to buyers.
Listing and brokerage take place within the framework of a licensed brokerage firm.
What we look for
- Experience in listing, or in sales with active prospecting
- At ease talking to owners about price, timing and paperwork
- Good knowledge of Lisbon and its surroundings
